If you need to select a different temperature, use the corresponding button on the handle to set the desired temperature - 40, 55, 70 or 85 °C. Thanks to this, you can use the kettle to prepare baby food and drinks that do not require boiling water (various types of tea or coffee). The colour of the operation light will change according to the program used (green = temperature 40 °C; blue = 55 °C; purple = 70 °C; light blue = 85 °C; red = 100 °C. Once the water in the kettle is boiled, an audible warning sounds and the kettle automatically switches off.
To activate this function, simply press and hold the off/on button for 3 seconds. Once the water is heated to the desired temperature, the Siguro EK-P360W Perth automatically switches to temperature maintenance mode. The maximum duration of the temperature hold mode is 30 minutes and cannot be selected for a temperature of 100 °C.
