The Siguro KM-M351 Kitchen Machine Maxi uses proven and reliable technology. This is no different with the mixing system. The robot relies on a planetary system that is based on the rotation of the heads in both directions simultaneously, thanks to which it can playfully prepare great doughs. The 6 litre stainless steel container is equipped with practical handles and a lid for protection when adding ingredients. You can whisk up to 16 egg whites at once in the bowl or knead up to 1.6 kg of bread dough or 1.2 kg of cast dough.
Control is provided by a rotary knob for setting one of eight speeds and a PULSE function. You will also appreciate the control panel with display at the top.
